We want you to love your gear. If something’s not right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

HERE’S THE DEAL

Because our tees are made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds after production has started for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection
• Orders placed by mistake
• Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

Please review all product details and size charts carefully before placing your order, as we won't be able to make changes once production has started.

However, a short window is available after placing your order where changes or cancellations may still be possible (see below).

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

We allow a short window to request changes or cancellation before your order enters production.  Order changes or cancellations must be requested within 1–2 hours of purchase.

Orders are automatically sent to production after this processing window, so we recommend reaching out as soon as possible if you need to make any changes.

If your order has not yet entered production, we may be able to cancel or modify it.

Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, refunded, or exchanged.

30-DAY GUARANTEE — WE’VE GOT YOU COVERED

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a free replacement or full refund. 

Item needs to be unused and in the condition you received it.

Please contact us within 30 days from purchase so we can resolve it quickly.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT

Please include the following:

• Your order number  
• Clear photo or video evidence of the issue

We may request additional information if needed to assess the claim.

IMPORTANT

• Refunds and replacements are issued after review of the claim.
• Returns are not required for approved defective claims.
• By placing an order, you agree to this policy.
